We're here to help! Below are answers to some of the most common questions we get.
💳 1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
🚚 2. How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is 7–12 business days. Most customers receive their orders earlier. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
🔎 3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can click it to see your delivery status in real time.
🧴 4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We carefully select ingredients and suppliers that prioritize gentle, skin-safe formulas. Most of our products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Please check the ingredients list if you have specific allergies.
🧼 5. Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes! BeautyBloom Hub proudly offers cruelty-free and vegan-friendly products unless otherwise stated on the product page.
🔄 6. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Certain beauty or skincare products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for details.
📦 7. I received the wrong or damaged product. What do I do?
Oh no! Please email us at support@beautybloomhub.us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
🌎 8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and select countries. More regions coming soon!
🕒 9. What are your customer service hours?
Monday–Friday: 10AM – 6PM (Eastern Time)
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
🎁 10. Can I send your products as a gift?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout. While we don’t include gift wrapping yet, we’re working on launching that soon!
