Returns Policy
At BeautyBloom Hub, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them

• You must provide a valid proof of purchase

⚠️ Non-returnable items:
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, certain items such as eye masks, lip care, or opened facial tools/products cannot be returned. This ensures safety and hygiene for all our customers.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right!

Return Process:
To initiate a return, simply email us at support@beautybloomhub.us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and, once received and inspected, issue your refund to the original payment method.
